Ellingson Drainage recently received two warranty checks totaling $27,974 from Cenex to pay for a rear differential and a transmission on two separate JCB tractors. The warranties were purchased for the new tractors in 2012, for a total cost of $99 each. Even though the Cenex oil did not cause the units to fail, 95% of the bills were paid by CHS. With no burden of proof, and no deductible, the claims process was fast and smooth.

The requirements of the warranty are simple:

1) Sign up for the warranty

2) Use Cenex lubricants

3) Send in oil samples from each drain.
