In this episode of “Growing Solutions with Chad”, Agronomist Chad Swanepoel talks about the effect of the wet weather and the GDUs.

Chad also discusses:

Corn (76%)  and soybean (48%) planting is progressing. We took a big jump last week. Corn acres only went up 10% and so that means some farmers might be exploring alternatives for their corn acres.

We can make up GDUs quickly if the weather warms and cooperates to get back to more normal conditions.

How does the corn that has already been planted look?

What functions are Ag Partners locations doing to assist producers this week?

Continue to have a safe spring!
