Ag Partners 2022 Annual Meeting will take place on Wednesday, December 7 at the Goodhue High School for voting members. A meal will be served at 7pm and the business meeting will follow at 8. The purpose of this meeting is:

1. To receive reports from the Board of Directors and
   management of the Cooperative for the previous fiscal
   year; and
2. To elect four Directors to the Board; and
3. To consider any other business which may properly
   come before the meeting.

Two informational meetings will take place on Thursday, December 8:

1. Ag Partners Le Sueur office, 901 N. 4th Street. The meeting will take place at 10:30 a.m. and a meal will be served at noon.
2. The Stewartville Civic Center. A meal will be served at 6:00 p.m. and the meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.

Patronage refund checks will be distributed at all three of the meetings.
