- A scanner card is required to unload grain. Please note that our Downtown and Bin/Bunker sites use separate scan cards.
- To set up a card, provide your truck license number and truck description, the trucker’s name and address, number of axles, and a cell phone number. The card will be given to you when you first unload. Keep it on your visor. The same card will be used to identify your truck each time you arrive.
How to set up a Red Wing Grain account:
If you have not unloaded at Red Wing Grain in the past, give us a call ahead of time with your account information so you are in the system when you arrive. Please provide your current address, your phone number(s) and whether there are any liens on your crop.
Be sure to call with any changes and updates to your account, especially new phone, email, and cell phone numbers, addresses, partnerships, split accounts, or others changes.
