All employees who are 18 years old and over can join the 401(k)-retirement plan. We will match up to 4% of your contributions, plus an additional match based on your years-of-service.
- Full-time employees can enroll in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA, and FSA. Other benefits include basic life insurance, short and long-term disability, paid time off (PTO), employee assistance (EAP), cell phone reimbursement, and a yearly clothing allowance. A yearly profit-sharing bonus when we meet specific budgeted goals.
- Part-Time and Temporary employees can earn sick and safe time (ESST) after working 30 hours per week.
