This month’s safety topic is on Near Misses and Near Miss reporting.  There can be hundreds of near misses related to each major incident that occurs.  By reporting near misses, we have the opportunity to learn from them and take corrective action in an attempt to stop major incidents before they happen.  Everyone has a responsibility to create a safe workplace for yourself and your fellow employees.
