In this episode of “Growing Solutions with Chad”, Agronomist Chad Swanepoel discusses how harvest progress has picked up after a slow start. Now that harvest is moving along, the agronomy department is getting busy applying both dry fertilizer and NH3. With the cold temperatures we have experienced, soil temperatures are cool enough to allow NH3 to be applied. Since soil temperatures are below 50 degrees, the ammonia is stabilized and experiences less loss. Adding N-Serve is also recommended to protect your investment.
